Dr. Cristal A. Vargas Santiago
Dr. Cristal Vargas, a Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, specializes in upper cervical chiropractic care. She was honored with the Virgil Strang Philosophy Award for her dedication to chiropractic principles.
Dr. Vargas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedicine from the University of Puerto Rico, which she achieved in 2021. She entered Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida in September 2021. During her second year at Palmer, she completed all three levels of the Knee Chest Specific Chiropractic (KCSC) training program, as well as Levels 1 and 2 of Advanced HIO. Throughout the clinical portion of her program, she focused extensively on upper cervical care, refining her skills to provide precise and effective adjustments.
While at Palmer, Dr. Vargas actively engaged with the student community as President of the Philosophy Club, where she promoted chiropractic principles and values. She also founded the HIO Knee Chest Upper Cervical Club to help students learn and refine their upper cervical techniques. In addition, she organized and hosted training events outside of school to help students develop and master the art of the upper cervical adjustment.
Her personal journey of overcoming chronic vertigo, migraines, and tinnitus caused by a personal injury led her to discover the life-changing benefits of upper cervical chiropractic care, which helped her tap into the body’s own intelligence to heal. This experience transformed her health and inspired her to specialize in this field. Dr. Vargas is committed to continuous learning and holistic patient care, helping others achieve their health and wellness goals naturally.
