Dr. Giuliano Gonzalez, Fort Myers’ trusted Upper Cervical Chiropractor, brings heart, discipline, and precision to every adjustment—qualities shaped by his Puerto Rican roots and six years of service in the Air National Guard. Fueled by a deep desire to serve, he pursued his chiropractic education at Sherman College, where he immersed himself in the science, art, and philosophy of healing.
Now a proud member of the Neckwise Fort Myers team, Dr. Giuliano is dedicated to helping families experience true health and restoration through the power of Upper Cervical Care. With the addition of Dr. Giuliano, the Neckwise team now has over 37 years of combined experience in the Upper Cervical profession.
